This package should be installed manually on "Windows File Manager" host - New File Manager on Windows Shared Hosting New windows file manager package require the following components to be installed on host where package will be installed - Installing WebFileManager: Windows 2008 operating system. IIS 7 or IIS 7.5 PHP 5.3 Please make sure to configure network settings correctly to allow server with WebFileManager to communicate with shared hosts serving webspaces - Guide for network requirements Once new WebFileManager installed and configured correctly, it will serve both webspaces provisioned on hosts with IIS 6 and IIS 7. Original Publishing Date: 2020-01-31 QnA What file share you are talking about? CloudBlue technical support works in close collaboration with RnD department (sometimes refered as Developers). When Support logs a request to RnD, all necessary information about the issue including product logs/dumps/database query results/etc are provided within. This information is the key to understand in depth the issue and drive us to resolution. Why new share? The new solution introduces significantly better level of security and convenience of use. Where it is based physically? We use Azure as the technology platform for the solution. With solution release we introduce 2 physical locations (Europe and the US). If there is a need for another physical locations for log files to be uploaded – please reach out to your Technical Account Manager or send a message to pta@cloudblue.com if you are not using TAM service from CloudBlue. How this refers to data processing agreements? Azure is listed in the data processing agreements between you and Ingram Micro (CloudBlue). What happens with old one? The old solution will be decomissioned when all customers are switched to the new What actions should I perform? No actions needed from your end. This all is managed fully by us. How can I access the solution? Customer access is not planned on the regular basis. The only scenario you will be interacting with the file share is if you need to upload logs to Support. Original Publishing Date: 2020-01-22 Symptoms Login from CCPv2 to Plesk deployed in OACI VPS does not work - the page displays infinity loading image or blank page APS proxy is configured under Provider Control Panel > System > Settings > APS Connection: Proxy settings. APS controller public host name is reconfigured under Provider Control Panel > System > Settings > System Properties. Cause APS controller public host name configured under Provider Control Panel > System > Settings > System Properties is not available from Public Networks. Resolution If APS proxy is specified as APS controller public host name in system properties, Proxy node must met following requirements: be accessible from public network, have access to management node via BackNet, have configured packet forwarding from public network to APS Controller in BackNet. If the tasks fails with: 1027 : Container is already stopped : ERROR:Container YYYY is not started Start the container on Hardware node using: # vzctl start YYYY Wait until it is started, then rerun the task. Original Publishing Date: 2020-01-22 Symptoms The following error appears on attempt to upload a Custom Logo for a brand in System > Settings > Brands > Some Brand > Edit (button) > Custom Logo: Can't read data pui.log entry: DEBUG c.p.p.c.e.b.BrandingWizardDataHelperImpl - BRAND logoItem=org.apache.turbine.util.upload.FileItem@32d03d18 DEBUG c.p.p.c.e.b.BrandingWizardDataHelperImpl - BRAND returning=false The file used conforms the logo requirements. Cause Insufficient permissions assigned to a JVM temporary data directory on OA UI node. This directory is used to store uploaded files cache data. Resolution Perform the following steps on OA UI node. Obtain the directory which is used for cache data storage: pidof java jinfo [java pid here] | grep "java.io.tmpdir" Check the jboss user (java process is running under) has write permissions to the directory obtained. It is /tmp usually. Request #POA-115000: "Generic I\O error in the BrandingWizardDataHelperImpl.java" has been addressed to Odin Development team in order to improve error reporting for similar cases. Internal content

G-Suite tab in UX1 shows "Your new Google subscription is being created and will be ready in a few minutes" message even if a Sales Order was successfully completed. 2. Applications -> G-Suite -> Subscription tab - a new subscription shows "CreatingSubscription" status for "Subscription Status" column and "Pending Associate Domain" for "Domain Name". 3. apsgoogle.log contains the following error message Feb 21 19:29:45 WARN 9651 |C:1080887|S:1265832|Google_apiUtils::_checkValidationDomain## Warning on Validate Domain with message: {"error":{"errors":[{"domain":"global","reason":"badRequest","message":"The necessary verification token could not be found on your site."}],"code":400,"message":"The necessary verification token could not be found on your site."} 3. A failed task for the G-Suite resource exist with the following error message '500 Internal Server Error' received from POST https://IP>/apsgoogle/googleaccount. The application returned an empty error message. ##Cause A new domain for a subscription is not verified from Google Admin Panel side. Verification Token is not added to a TXT record (this item can be checked using dig command) ##Resolution 1. Verify new domain for a Google account using the following KB article: https://support.google.com/a/answer/183895?hl=en 2. Re-run a failed task in order a new subscription will be created
