Office 365: "System.Data.SqlClient.SqlException (0x80131904): Timeout expired." synchronization error
Original Publishing Date: 2020-01-22 Symptoms Office 365 synchronization fails with the following sitelog error: DEBUG sync : Updating DB... ERROR flow : Unable to prepare data for customer 287b17fd-...b0a6 System.Data.SqlClient.SqlException (0x80131904): Timeout expired. The timeout period elapsed prior to completion of the operation or the server is not responding. ---> System.ComponentModel.Win32Exception (0x80004005): The wait operation timed out Cause Huge amount of unregistered users should be processed during the synchronization, but SQL timeout prevents it. The behavior has been reported to Odin Development team as request #APSA-19616: "System.Data.SqlClient.SqlException (0x80131904): Timeout expired." sitelog error on attempt to process > 50k Users". Administrative Interface of Parallels Presence Builder Standalone Edition
Original Publishing Date: 2020-01-22 Symptoms I wasn't clear as to whether there should be an administration interface available after the installation, for example https://sitebuilder.HOSTNAME/admin. Is there any URL that would log me in and provide some form of overview of the system, or is the API the only interaction available with the software? Resolution There is no administrative interface of Parallels Presence Builder to overview the system. If you want to make sure that installation completed successfully, visit the editor in the trial mode and create a trial site by accessing the URL like http://sitebuilder.HOSTNAME/Try. You can find out the exact host name and IP address and by issuing the command apachectl -S. Additionally, to ensure that the Presence Builder Standalone installation is accessible by the domain name sitebuilder.HOSTNAME, check and correct the DNS zone settings. Resolution Make sure the destination node has enough disk space to host the container. Decrease the container's disk space limit to fit amount of free space on the destination node. For example: A container has the disk space limit 200GB and the actual consumption is 25GB: C:\Users\Administrator>vzquota stat 1000 disk resource usage hardlimit path C: 1k-blocks 26214400 209715200 C:\vz\Private\1000\root.efd The destination node has 50GB free. It is reasonable to set disk space limit to 30GB in such case to be able to migrate the container: C:\Users\Administrator>vzctl set 1000 --save --diskspace 31457180 Command 'set' is successfully finished Migrate the container.
