Symptoms
The value of the column Customer Price is not adjustable if pricing is tiered. 
Cause
The value of the column Customer Price/Discounted Cost/Reseller Price (depending on the mode) is not adjustable if pricing is tiered and this is by design.
Resolution
The is a feature request PFR-6598 "Tier pricing functionality for Deal pricing" to implement this option in UX1.
