SSL certificate installation: "Cannot install host certificate without private key"

Symptoms

Hotfix KB132334 was recently installed.
Attempt to install SSL certificate to the webspace from the clipboard fails with:
```
Error "Cannot install host certificate without private key"
```

Cause

The issue is acknowledged as POA-114957.

Resolution

A certificate and a key still can be uploaded via the file.
