Incorrect FTP-traffic calculation on Linux Shared Hosting NG

Symptoms
- Customer owns a site located on NG Web-Cluster or standalone NG Web-server
- He uploaded file with size more than 2 Gb, i.e. 50 Gb, to the site via FTP
But usage of resource Traffic increased only by ~2 Gb
Cause
This is a result of bug POA-114943. In result of the bug traffic log entries with size more than 2Gb are parsed incorrectly.
