Office 365: "Disabled" subscriptions are displayed on the "Licenses" tab of CCPv1
Original Publishing Date:
2020-01-22
Symptoms
Office 365 subscriptions in Disabled (OA) and Terminated \ Stopped (BA) state are displayed on the Licenses tab of CCPv1.
The following error appears on attempt to manage them:
{ "code": 500, "message": "You have no active license associated with the subscription. The upgrade is only possible for a single active license per subscription.", "additionalNonlocalizableMessage": "" }
Same time, they are hidden in CCPv2 user interface - as it expected.
Cause
Subscriptions in Disabled state are not filtered and displayed in CCPv1.
