Symptoms
Not possible to order "Cloud hosting" in CCPv2 Marketplace, the following error is shown:
There are no OS templates included in this service plan. Please contact your administrator.
Browser console an API request similar to the below one with empty response:

Cause
CS Hosting model is not fully supported by CCP v2 Marketplace feature yet. The corresponding implementation request has the ID of PFR-1613
Resolution
Use the wizard available on the CCP v2 Home page.
