Tasks "Execute operation 'recreate'" failure: [IM] Unknown VE server-XXXXXXX

Symptoms

The following scenario is observed for VE server-XXXXXXX:

Task "Provisioning "PACIVirtualEnvironment"" for VE creation failed due to HW node with hung vm2vf service and has been processed successfully after service restart and resubmitting in a few hours
After 6 hours (VM2VF callback timeout) VE become unavailable and customer attempted to recreate it from CCP;
Task "Execute operation 'recreate'" for VE recreation is failing with the following message:

[IM] Unknown VE server-XXXXXXX
```
VE is absent in IM DB and on corresponding HW node.

Cause

Combination of software-related issues CCU-17726 and CCU-17713 caused removal of already provisioned VE from infrastructure.

Callback of the first operation times out after 6 hours (default value) and removes the VE that has been provisioned in scope of second attempt of task execution.

Resolution

To resolve the inconsistency, cancel existing subscription and provision it anew.
